Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Tehfiz-ul-Quran Academy. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions designed for students in the UK, USA, and globally.

1. Admission & Free Trial

• Every new student is entitled to a 3-day free trial period before formal enrollment.
• Admission is confirmed only after the first monthly fee payment is received.

2. Fee & Payment Policy

• Fees are charged on a monthly basis and must be paid in advance by the 5th of each month.
• We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe.
• Fees are non-refundable for any classes missed by the student without prior notice.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

• Students must be online at the scheduled time. Tutors will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.
• In case of a tutor's absence, a makeup class will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
• To cancel a class, students must inform the academy at least 6 hours in advance.

4. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected towards all tutors. Any misconduct may lead to immediate termination of services.
• Exchange of personal contact information (Phone, Email) directly with tutors is strictly prohibited for security reasons.

5. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is protected under international data protection laws (GDPR for UK/EU students). We do not share your information with third parties.
